Enhance your strength training, stretching, and mobility with REP’s Short Resistance Bands. They come in seven sizes of varying resistance, width, and colors. Bands start with XXX-Light (yellow) with a 0.25” width and 5-15lbs resistance, and they top out at X-Heavy (orange), which is 3.25” wide and creates 85-230lbs of resistance.

    Bands

    I use them on my functional trainer. They work great where the 135 weight stack isn't enough. I got x small. . . small and medium. They add a lot more resistance than I thought they would and you always use 2 per stack. Keep that in mind when ordering. So far they are great. A poly tool to put bigger ones an and off would be good for future product. . . .

    Great Bands

    Excellent quality and packaging of the product. I use primarily for banded walks and certain leg exercises. Plan to expand to using for Athena once purchased.

    Resistance bands

    Great quality. I just need to come up with more ideas on how to use them for workouts. So far they added some interesting tension with French presses and standing ez-bar curls.
